This is a room in a huge and bright house! This room has TWO closets. The house is furnished, and quite swanky if I do say so myself. Most of the house is newly renovated. There’s even a full room devoted to bath-time with a tv :) A futon is available on request. The backyard has a large raised planter bed, for the veggie garden you’ve always wanted! If you like pool - I have a room for that too! Large detached garage for projects, and a huge driveway for parking! Great location, walking distance to two malls and a bus stop steps from the front door. 15 minute drive to NAIT/macewan and downtown.
Well behaved Small dogs allowed, pet fee is $80/month
About the roomies
Hello! My name is Anastasia and I live here for half the year. My father occupies a small room along with his small dog. I do have a cat, but she will be coming with me to the skydive centre where I work and live full time from may - november. (I can get you good deals on skydives! ;) ) We are quiet, clean and 4/20 friendly!
