Jennifer's room

I am a single woman renting one of the bedrooms in my 4 bedroom full house with parking, backyard and pleanty of space. I am on month to month rent but have been here 8 years. The house is on a quiet street with lots of amenities near by. It is a bit older but I’ve pained and will put a fresh coat up in the room. There is a basement with a small bathroom and bedroom and rec-room that we can make into a nice space. Or there is an upstairs room with a shared bathroom. Large living room and kitchen are upstairs, fully furnished. I am seeking someone who is quiet, clean, employed and doesn’t mind my friendly tabby cat. I can either keep the room furnished or you can bring your own items.

I am 39, working professional who works from home. I workout during evenings and have a cat named Toby. He is friendly but does not like other cats, so please no cats allowed. I keep my place clean and like the same from my roommates. I am English speaking only. I am quiet, so no parties but socializing is fine.
