The unit is a corner unit located on the 21st floor south facing towards the CN tower. It’s is very bright and spacious. Amenities include: gym, indoor pool, rooftop pool, party room, movie room, 24 hour concierge. A 24 hour rabba convenience store is located beside the condo building.

Documents required: proof of employment or proof of income, credit check, previous landlord reference, first and last months rent & key deposit.

I am looking to assign the lease from July 1st to December 31st (with the possibility of extension). You would be living with two girls in their mid 20’s who both work downtown. Looking for someone who is tidy and friendly.
