Looking for quiet and respectful roomates who are good with animals (dogs and cats in house, no more pets please).

Willing to do a group deal if you have a friend also interested. Prefer short term leases right now, however open to any type of lease. Utilities included in rent. Rent varies per room but base price is $850. No other pets please, pets in house do not get along with other pets, sorry.
