The unit has 2 bedrooms, a main common area with kitchen and dining table, in suite laundry, balcony, and one parking slot for the unit (if you have a car). The place comes unfurnished with your own separate private bathroom. Finally, in the building there is a small gym and private lounge with tv, kitchen, and outdoor patio for small or big parties, and guests. In regards to utilities, I cover hydro and insurance, and you would be responsible for internet. Lastly about the location, This is a relatively new building built in 2016, located in downtown (Chinatown) and the rent is $1500. A great location with many buses right on the street, and 5 min walk to Stadium Chinatown station, TNT, Costco, International Village and other shops such as Starbucks, Tim Hortons, restaurants and a park.
