Huge fenced backyard with garden ( with veggies growing), Games, Hammock, fire pit, green house, covered deck, bar b q and private access to Willow Creek. House is a bit dated but the location and yard more then make up for it. On bus route and walking distance to all the stores in Willow point. 3 Bdrm house All utilities included. Large bathroom. Looking for a mature persons that will enjoy the piece and quiet this property offers. This is an non heavy party environment with quiet longstanding neighbors. Great place to relax or study.
