A large master bedroom with walk in closet and separate ensuite bathroom in a very large 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit. Hydro is the only extra utility.

There will only be 1 roommate, a 23 year old female student. Very quiet, but would like the opportunity for her parents to stay whenever they come to visit (once or twice a year). Her parents would stay in her room and would also be very quiet and accommodating.
