Lindsay's room

Hi :) I’m looking to rent out my second unfurnished bedroom in my condo. The bedroom includes an ensuite private bathroom and a private balcony. The house was built in 2021 so it’s like new. The laundry machines are on the same floor as the room as well as my room with my own ensuite bathroom.

There’s also a beautiful view of the countryside and a horse who lives across the street.

There is a parking space available for rent for $80/month as my condo only came with one spot which I use.

I am a 37 year old woman working professional who works for the government from home. I love art, movies/tv, hiking, travel, yoga and psychology. I have a wonderful kitty named Willow who is very friendly and cuddly. She does not want any pet friends though, so I cannot accommodate any animals if you have one. I also prefer non-smokers.

I have a cleaning lady who comes by once a month to do a deep clean. This is included in the price but I would like to live with someone who also keeps things tidy.

I have a video of the space I could send you. The room is currently being used as my office, but will be emptied before the person moves in. I have a video I can send you of the room and bathroom when it was empty.
