Hi there! My name is Joshua. I am looking for a roommate, to share this spacious, newly renovated home. It’s a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom (shared), main floor suite. The bedroom available can comfortably fit a queen size bed. It has a east facing window, that looks over the large backyard. I am looking for a roommate (Male or Female) who is clean, and will not be blasting music out of their room, late at night, as I work early in the morning and sleep across the hall.

A little about the neighborhood…

This Jasper Park neighbourhood is a seven minute drive from West Edmonton Mall. Close enough to enjoy all of its amenities, but far enough away to avoid all of the hassle and noise . The neighbourhood is quite peaceful and well-kept. With a mixture of young and old families. A short, walk/drive away from a shopping complex, that contains a grocery stores, coffee shops, liquor, stores, restaurants and more.

A little about myself…

I’m a 27-year-old male, who works during the day. I may be out of the house, till late, most weekdays. But I’m usually around on the weekends. I have one cat, named peaches. She is well trained and only scratches on her designated scratch posts. I like to keep a mostly clean and organized house. Although I do have lazy days, like everyone else. I enjoy sports, camping and video games.
