About the room
We’ve been happily living in our apartment for 3 years now. Sadly our third roommate received a job offer worth breaking the lease over, so now we’re looking for a third, equally cool person to live with us. Rent includes all utilities as well as a dog for petting. The house itself is around 5 years old and has heated floors as well as a free washer and dryer inside the apartment. We are located around a five minute walk from Walmart, Starbucks, Save on Foods, and the SkyTrain station.
About the roomies
Mel (28f) and I (28f) are two massive nerds. We love DnD, reading, and video games. We are looking for a third roommate who will also be a friend. We’re generally pretty chill and quiet (dog included). We usually make a little ‘family dinner’ once a week, but there’s no obligation to join us. We are both members of the LGBT+ community and are happy to welcome anyone with open arms.
