Utilities included except for internet, currently have a plan for around $56 a month total, and hydro. Located right next to Mooneys Bay on the 5th floor with huge floor-to-ceiling windows. Really close to Carleton University. Pool and basic gym included as a part of the rent. Currently renting month to month so pretty flexible. Laundry room in the basement and a great view of the area! All in all, I’m cool with anyone as long as they clean up after themselves and help out with chores.
