The CHERRY Room has NO window, since it is the middle of the apartment but a skylight opening (hence no AC), bringing in lots of light, a double bed with an awesome mattress and everything you need while you look for your next accommodation or have just arrived in Toronto.
The CHERRY ROOM is a Cozy room in a 4-br modern clean apartment. This room is on the 3rd floor of the building (2 flights of stairs).
Direct access to the bathroom with bathtub/shower. Kitchen and dining room shared on 2nd floor. Bedding included. Towels if needed. No toiletries provided (toilet paper, shampoo, soap, toothpaste, laundry soap).
The space is shared with guests in the 3 other rooms.

OUTDOOR DECK to store bike at night or smoke
FREE LAUNDRY in the kitchen of the other apartment
KITCHEN: fully equipped kitchen with microwave, toaster, kettle, electric store and electric oven. Large freezer and fridge (Please label the food with your room name).
QUIET TIMES: from 11pm til 8am
CLEANING: when you move in the room is clean professionally. When you move out, the rooms should be cleaned professionally in the state you found it. If you do not want to clean, the fee is $50 (taken from the $200 deposit returned when you leave).
COMMON AREAS: cleaned by management twice a week, including garbage and recycling bag disposal
DEPOSIT: $200 to secure the room, refunded when you check out after 1 month.
MONTHLY FEE: You pay once you have checked in the room. Door code provided once you pay the deposit to secure the room (interac, cash or TD direct deposit)
