Hello! I’m looking for someone to take over the last two months of my lease (July/august) of a shared basement in a family home, although if you want to extend you can discuss it with the landlord! You share laundry and kitchen with another female occupant. All utilities included however it is unfinished and there’s no parking. Good for public transit, close to Erin mills and UTM campus

The other occupant is a female she is a phd student at the University, quiet and clean, mostly keeps to herself
