About the room

Hi! I am looking for a female roommate to share my beautiful, well-maintained 2-bedroom condo. You would get the master bedroom and I would stay in the smaller bedroom (was using it as an office). Summary: Single occupant only. Shared kitchen and bathroom with me! Wifi+utilities included. $1300/MONTH. Price can be negotiable, depending on length of stay. Underground parking is extra as I only have one spot, however, I can accommodate the rent price depending on availability of external listings.

Rent includes all condo amenities + shared space upgrades such as Google Home assistant and smart lighting.

About the roomies

I’m a young professional woman looking for a respectful and considerate roommate to share my home. I own the unit and I take great pride in keeping it clean, minimalistic, and well maintained. I previously worked from home and therefore used the second bedroom as an office. However, I now work full-time on site (maybe work from home 1x every other week).

I lived with roommates all throughout my University years and during graduate school. I am very mindful and considerate of others to maintain a happy and safe living space. I discuss all expectations before signing the lease, and try my best to be as transparent and considerate of your needs and preferences. I am quite flexible and reasonable with requests/accommodations. As such, I also expect mutual respect and consideration.

People describe me as warm, friendly, and approachable. When I am home, I do prefer to keep to myself and relax during my down time. I mind my own business and will respect your privacy. However, I am not standoffish and I am open to conversation when we are both in the shared spaces.

I keep busy and go out often. If I’m not working, I like to go to the gym or play sports in the evenings with friends. It’s rare for me to be home all weekend. I also don’t watch much TV.

  • Non-smoker; non drinker; no tobacco or cannabis smells permitted (edibles ok).

-I am allergic to pet dander so unfortunately, pets are out of the question, UNLESS they are hypoallergenic (and obviously, well trained).
