Hi! I am looking for a female roommate to share my beautiful, well-maintained 2-bedroom condo. You would get the master bedroom and I would stay in the smaller bedroom (was using it as an office). Summary: Single occupant only. Shared kitchen and bathroom with me! Wifi+utilities included. $1300/MONTH. Price can be negotiable, depending on length of stay. Underground parking is extra as I only have one spot, however, I can accommodate the rent price depending on availability of external listings.

Rent includes all condo amenities + shared space upgrades such as Google Home assistant and smart lighting.

• 11 minute drive (OR roughly 40 minute bus) to Pearson Airport.

• 8 minute drive to Humber College North Campus (17 minutes TTC, 42 mins walk).

• Walking distance to plaza with Tim Horton’s, Kipling Heights medical office and health store, barber shop, and thrift shop. 5 minute drive to Albion Mall (Shoppers, Dollarama, LCBO, Food court) and surrounding grocery stores (No Frills, BESTCO Asian supermarket, SUNY Asian supermarket, 12 minute drive to Real Canadian Superstore,).

BEDROOM FEATURES

• Sturdy and high quality queen-sized bed frame (walnut finish); comes with 6 drawers underneath for additional storage for linens, clothing, etc.

• Large closet with black 3-drawer black dresser included inside + additional shelving and plenty of hanger space.

• Full blinds, with additional partial blackout covering. You can remove the blackout covering OR purchase additional covers if you prefer a darker room. The condo is EAST facing, so there is plenty of natural light.

• Smart lights that can be controlled by voice Google Assistant or via smartphone app (change colours and brightness).

• Google mini smartspeaker in the room to play music (Spotify ad-free subscription included for smart home speakers). Freshly painted accent wall, beautiful body mirror with black outline.

• OPTIONAL: Bed can be moved to accommodate small desk with mini drawers add-on if you prefer + office chair.

• Fob entry with your name to be added to the directory for security purposes.

• Rent does not include parking, but there are listings available to rent.

I’m a young professional woman looking for a respectful and considerate roommate to share my home. I own the unit and I take great pride in keeping it clean, minimalistic, and well maintained. I previously worked from home and therefore used the second bedroom as an office. However, I now work full-time on site (maybe work from home 1x every other week).

I lived with roommates all throughout my University years and during graduate school. I am very mindful and considerate of others to maintain a happy and safe living space. I discuss all expectations before signing the lease, and try my best to be as transparent and considerate of your needs and preferences. I am quite flexible and reasonable with requests/accommodations. As such, I also expect mutual respect and consideration.

People describe me as warm, friendly, and approachable. When I am home, I do prefer to keep to myself and relax during my down time. I mind my own business and will respect your privacy. However, I am not standoffish and I am open to conversation when we are both in the shared spaces.

I keep busy and go out often. If I’m not working, I like to go to the gym or play sports in the evenings with friends. It’s rare for me to be home all weekend. I also don’t watch much TV.

• Non-smoker; non drinker; no tobacco or cannabis smells permitted (edibles ok).

-If working: Contact from your employer to confirm employment + 2 most recent pay stubs. 2 pieces of photo ID - license, government ID, passport.

-Credit Score - can be a screenshot from Equifax, Transunion, or Credit Karma

-First and last month deposit (total: $2600) upon signing the lease.6-month commitment minimum, with option to pay month-to-month after.

-I am allergic to pet dander so unfortunately, pets are out of the question, UNLESS they are hypoallergenic (and obviously, well trained).
