Garrett's room

We live on the top floor of a triplex on a private street, facing directly across from a forest.

We are located in a safe neighbourhood, 15 min walk/one bus to Billing’s Bridge, 5 min walk to the Airport Parkway bike path, and one bus away from Ottawa U, Carleton U and Algonquin College.

We also live directly above our landlord, who occupies the main floor of the house. Some people might groan at this, but stuff gets fixed quickly when it breaks and we geniunely get along.

*anybody interested in the room and needs parking will need to talk to the landlord directly about accomodations.

Two guys, 30 and 31, and one 6 year old maine coon cat co-habitateing together. One of us works as a manager at a pizza place and the other works at a dispensary. We’re friendly, laid-back, we hang out and we also do our own thing.

*note: while our cat is a very sweet boy he has also proven to be territorial. Therefore we will be giving priority to applicants without pets.
