We are looking for a third person to join us on June 1st in a three bedroom, two bathroom, homely apartment . The unit is modern and will be fully furnished, 10 mins walk to Royal Oak Skytrain station. Bills to be split evenly between three people.

We are two professional females who both work full time. We are friendly and trying to create a peaceful home environment. What we are looking for:

• a person who can clearly communicate so we can talk about any issues if they arise. -a person who is clean and will contribute to regular cleaning. -not looking for a party person, we like a mellow environment. -no pets sorry. -you will be required to go on the lease subject to landlord approval.
