I have one unfurnished room available in this lovely modern apartment.

Rent breakdown: $785 rent (includes water and heat) + wifi ($35) + electricity (avg cost $15-$30/person). The room is available and ready for move in at the end of August.

This 2 bed, 2 bath apartment is located just off the vibrant community of Whyte Ave, a 25 min walk from UofA and right next to an ETS bus stop (Routes 4 & 8). I’ve loved living in this location surrounded by so many trendy cafes, pubs, bars, boutiques and galleries.

My new roommate would have their own bedroom and private full bathroom as well as access to a living room and kitchen including a dishwasher. This apartment has in suite laundry as well as A/C controlled directly from our unit.

The apartment is fully furnished, however you would need to furnish your bedroom. There is plenty of space for a double bed, dresser, nightstand and desk!

I’m a young teacher who works full time in both Edmonton and Sherwood Park, so usually I’m gone for most of the day. I love live theatre, volunteering and cooking. I love to host dinner parties (which you can gladly join in on). I’m super easygoing, organized and clean, but would love for both of us to make this space our home!
