Heat and water and internet will be included. Hydro will be shared and is approximately $30-50/ month. Off-street parking is available through the city and is approximately $25/month The rental amount for the bedroom and private bathroom is 1550/month.

I am looking to share accommodations. I am a professional in working within education who enjoys yoga, music, dancing and outdoor sports activities.
