.Our names are Ashleigh & Jessica, We have available for rent a large bedroom in our home, the room features a nice large closet which isnt very deep but it is quite lengthy and has plenty of shelving for storage. the room is east facing so the sunrise hits first thing in the morning you may need blackout curtains if you sleep in or are a vampire. We have two other rooms as well however the room mentioned in this ad is the largest of the three, The shared washroom features a stand up shower as well as a seperate bathtub for soaking/bathing. Kitchen is spacious, we can divide up cupboard space if needed. house does not have a living room as this is our room however the dining room off the kitchen can be used as such as well as we have a large unfinished basement that can be used for a rec/media room. large backyard and back patio. We are LGBTQ and 4/20 friendly, hard drug use is strictly forbidden as I work in the addictions sector and my home is my sanctuary. Responsible Alcohol use is ok. I am in the middle of renovations installing new flooring in the hallway, bathroom as well as painting. if you are a handy person your more then welcome to contribute. House is located 15 min walk to braid station and a 5min walk to 4 bus routes and shops. This room will be freshly painted and carpet shampooed prior I move in and door lock installed.
