• Master Room with Separate Washroom: $1750/month - Second Bedroom with Shared Washroom (can accommodate a third roommate): $1500/month - Third Bedroom (without a window) with Shared Washroom: $1000/month

Note: Max 3 tenants live in the condo, but if I can’t find a third person, only 2 tenants.

️ Parking and Utilities: Parking is available for an additional $190/month. Utilities will be shared equally among roommates and are estimated to be around $100/month.

Roommate Rules: To ensure a comfortable living experience, there are a few guidelines we’ll both follow. No pets, smoking, or weeds are allowed. I am straight, but I welcome LGBTQ+ roommates. You can invite your partner over 2-3 times a month, keeping noise to a minimum. Each bedroom is equipped with a TV, allowing you to enjoy private time with your loved one.

Note about the House: As you saw in the video, the condo is currently unfurnished. Feel free to bring your own mattress/bed, TV, or other belongings you already have. I have plans to furnish the common areas and bedrooms, including purchasing a coffee machine, two TVs, a couch, kitchen utensils, an additional refrigerator, an air fryer, and two small storage units for each of us. These storage units will be placed on the balcony. If permitted, I may even buy a grill for balcony barbecues.
