Lauryn's room

Looking for someone to take a room in a 3 bedroom apartment. Would be sharing a bathroom with 1 other person. It’s in the West End, within walking distance to Stanley Park and very close to restaurants and shopping areas. Safe area & pretty quiet.

Lease is 10 months and then after that we can do month-to-month or extend farther.

Room comes partially furnished with a bed & the person moving out can leave behind drawers if wanted. There’s a closet inside the room.

Roommates are two 23 year old women (originally from the States) who both work in the animation industry. We’ve been living in this apartment for about a year. We love to grab brunch on occasion and explore Vancouver! We’re both friendly, tidy, and not loud - and are looking for the same. I work in studio, while Daniela works from home in her room.
