Hello, we are looking for a roommate in a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom single home. One room is available. The house has a front porch and a big backyard, and comes with all appliances. The house is centrally located; a short walk away from Laurier and close to many bars, restaurants, shops and public transit. The rental price is $650 a month each, utilities are not included.

My friend and I are 21 and 20. I’m going into my third year at Laurier in Health Science. We are both social, easy going people and enjoy hanging out, meeting new people and having a good time. We are tidy, respectful and look forward to meeting you :)
