Townhouse located very central. Nait is super close by and kingsway as well. Perfect for a student or a commuter the train station is less then ten minutes always and bus stops are in any direction as well. Almost any amenity one could need is nearby whether it be food, restaurants, dentistry, gas station or the gym, it’s all pretty convenient. My neighbors are pretty quiet and respectful as well which is a huge bonus. There are parking spots available but they do charge monthly for them there is also free parking options as well. The house is clean for the most part it isn’t spotless but I like to retain a certain level of cleanliness for sure.

My other room mate is super quiet and keeps to himself very respectful he also doesn’t drink alcohol me and him both smoke cannabis but I try and keep the main part of the house smoke free by using smoke buddies or something. All in all me and him are both super chill and respectful people.
