• 1 bedroom, good for a twin-size bed. All 3 rooms have spacious closets.
• Room is unfurnished.
• One full bathroom.
• Full kitchen with dishwasher.
• Washer and dryer at basement level, shared with other two units – pay per use.

UTILITIES AND OTHERS

• Included: Heating, water
• Excluded: hyro (electricity) and wifi costs shared with the other two girls. Parking
• House is the last house on a cul-de-sac and ample street parking for temporary use (street parking is municipal city’s property and no guarantee that tickets will not be issued)

TTC bus stop is literally at doorstep – about 10 meters away.A A flight of stairs leads from the house to the bus stop on Royal York Road.
