Elphinstone Street

I bought the place last year. It’s great. Just looking for someone to take the spare room. I’ll require some sort of meet and greet before hand.

I bought the place from my best friend who bought it from out mutual friend who renovated it. It’s a great little space with a great kitchen. I’m in the basement another roommate is in the the other upstairs room. Everyone is tidy, and polite. Parking will be on the street as garage and back driveway are in use.
