Three bedroom apartment with a small balcony within walking distance of Algonquin college and college square

There are three of us living here already, two of us are dating and share a room, we are all in our early 20s and two of us are students at Algonquin college. Please note, we are all members of the LGBT+ and we are open to pets but please note that we are unfortunately allergic to cats and dogs. One of our roommates has a pet snake so we are very welcoming of alternative pets.
