Hey there, I am 24 y/o and I work in Marketing. I work the typical 9-5 Mon-Fri. I am in the office about 2-3/week and work from home the remaining time. I love spending time at home so I put time and effort into creating a beautiful space, I would want my roommate to put in similar effort into taking care of our space (keeping the common areas clean, no loud noises while working from home, etc.). I have a 2 y/o labrador mix. She is very friendly and loves cuddling and will 100% want to cuddle you. If you are someone who is not good with dogs, or don’t like dogs in your space, I would not recommend this place for you. Looking for someone I can be friends with and go for hikes together with River to high park. At the same time I value your and my own space and am willing to give that when necessary.
