looking for a roommate in a shared 3 bed 2 bath!

About the apartment: The building is a small 4 story, it is non-smoking and doesn’t allow pets :( Your rent would be 700 CAD monthly, not including utilities. space. The lease starts November 1st or December 1st, with the possibility of renewal. While the apartment is furnished, your room would be unfurnished, there is a built in closet in the room. There is laundry in the building.

About the area: It is on Sherbrooke Ouest in Westmount, its a safe and peaceful neighbourhood with a bunch of beautiful parks and spaces. It is about a 30 minute walk and a 15 minute bus ride from downtown Montreal. The apartment is directly on the 24 bus line, a 10 minute walk from the green metro line (atwater) and about a 15 minute walk from the orange metro line (vendome). It is a 10 minute walk away from grocery stores, hardware stores, pharmacy’s etc.

I am currently a student and am bilingual, although my english is definitely better than my french. I love to spend time outside, cook/bake and watch movies with friends! I’m also down to grab a drink and go out! I’m looking to share the space with someone who is open to developing a friendship and hanging out. As well as someone who understands good communication and is respectful of private life, space, and cleanliness.
