very safe and friendly neighborhood on the North side of Queen city near home depot. close to bus routes, and other amenities like YMCA, superstore and Walmart are just walking distance. Parking is on the road, but very safe. it is a by-level unit, the tenant will have their own private place on lower level. kitchen is upstairs and will be shared.
