Naz's room

Hi! We’re offering a private bedroom (for one person only) in the upper floor of our home in a very safe and quiet neighbourhood. Another bedroom is already occupied by a female working professional and a large bathroom will be shared between the two of you. You will have access to a kitchen, living room, deck, backyard & laundry facilities. Internet and all utilities are included.

Room includes a double bed, nightstand, closet, dresser, desk and chair

10 minute walk to Mount Joy GO Station (45 minutes to downtown Toronto ), YRT (local bus service), TTC, many grocery stores, restaurants and other services are all within a short walking distance.

A young female working professional is renting a separate room upstairs and you will share a large main bathroom with her. There is also a young female working professional renting a basement apt.
