Chelsea's room

Single level home, so it’s quite private, and has a big yard. Located near downtown, 1km from large grocery store and bus depot, and 3km from VIU. The house has three rooms. One is shared by my boyfriend and myself, the smallest is a guest bedroom only and the other larger room is available to rent as soon as August 1st.

We’re a laid-back, open minded, couple in our late twenties looking for someone who is a good fit to rent our spare room. We are quiet and tidy, and are cool with most of anything within reason. We like to create a space where we can openly talk about any concerns or needs, that anybody has within the household. We both work full-time, and on our spare time we enjoy the outdoors, cooking, creative things and spending time with our tiny dog.
