Sunny little house in White Rock quaint street close to beach and bus shopping coffee parking hospital walk-in clinic one room is up 7 steps off the kitchen quite a bit of privacy !Shared main washroom for showers 1/2 bath in my room I’ll use for all other things ….shared kitchen and laundry utilities including wifi included in rent .It’s a tidy low key no super late nights it’s a quiet place for a working professional or student .Single occupant per room ……if you like dogs there’s a visiting Sr dog who may pop round !!Message me if your interested
