Hi, This is a 3 bedroom condo with 2.5 bathroom. There is a parking space for the tenant. I own this house and I live here by myself. I am looking to rent out one of the bedrooms to a female. The room is fully furnished and all utilities (and wifi) is included in the rent. This condo consists of 6 homes and all homes are occupied by quiet residents. It is a 3-minute walk to the nearest bus stop, gas station and grocery store.

I am a quiet female and I live at this property by myself. I am a fulltime YG employee. There are no pets and I am a non-smoker.
