Hey folks! Happy Pride! Offering -1 Bedroom with an attached washroom, in a 2-Bed 2-Bath condo, in the heart of downtown Toronto (between Yonge-Dundas and Queen). It’s a spacious unit (800-899 sq. ft.) with a balcony, hall, and kitchen. Currently looking to sub-lease for a shorter term (5-7 months). Can extend depending on the situation.
- LOCATION – 220 Victoria Street
- PRICE and DEPOSIT - $1700/ month. Rent control is in place. The person moving in should pay the last month’s rent in advance. Rents are transferred on the 1st of every month. Key/fob deposit is 75. Basic credit and employment checks will be done.
- MOVE-IN – preferably starting July, but totally flexible with dates. UNIT DETAILS -
- All Utilities are included - including hydro, heat, water, and internet (yayy!).
- The kitchen is furnished with appliances such as toaster, French press, blender, microwave, electric kettle, oven; the unit has washing machine & dryer, and the hall has television, coffee table, chair, and a sofa. I also have a spare mattress, just in case.
- The building has a 24x7 concierge and elevators that works with fob for added security. - The top floor (22nd) is the rec centre.
About the roomies
About Me - I am the tenant and your potential flat-mate. I am a chill, easy-going person, and a proud member of the LGBT+ community. My preferred flat-mate – I prefer someone who is male and queer/ally because the understanding is better. Also, someone who is working/studying in-person because I work from home almost all the time. I like a clean and organised common space, especially the kitchen; want to maintain this like a home of my own. So, I’d want someone who respects the shared space and is mindful of noise, cleanliness, handling appliances with care and other boundaries.
