Furnished bachelor/studio private cottage available October 1, month to month with three month minimum. Overlooking the park, across from the beach. Includes all furnishings with outdoor picnic table and Adirondack chairs. All utilities included with self controlled central air conditioning / heating , smart tv with Netflix, and Wifi. Kitchenette with two burners, stove, fridge/freezer, microwave, table, double bed with new mattress cover, and couch. Emergency back door, fire alarms and extinguisher for your safety. Hi, I own a large property in Grimsby Beach with three cottages. I live in the main cottage. The studio cottage for rent in October is completely private with its own private outdoor space. The only thing that’s shared is the laundry. Laundry is located in main cottage.
