you’ll have the option to live in a bedroom on the second floor and share our washroom . Or you get the entre basement , with your own newly renovated washroom. :)

33 yr old Female , living with my super cool mother 60 yr old ( she works a lot , and when she’s home she watches tv , sleep or on some house projects ) . I work from home 9-5 ,and starting a new business so will likely be busy all the time. I spend a lot of time on my laptop and listening to music. I love to workout, watch movies, go out . On our days off , we like to go walk downtown , have parties , bbq , and we have a big pool and big backyard too !
I have a car so It’ll help for grocery shopping or anything heavy shopping or if we want to get out of the city . We are looking for someone respectful who wants to join our house of love and freedom . If you pay rent on time and don’t mind a little clutter ( for now , we are still in our spring cleaning phase , we have so much clothes !!!!!!! , but should be done by the time you move in ) .
