About the room
I have a fully furnished room that I want to sublet for 6 months, starting from August.
It’s a New York style loft on top of a nail saloon. Private entrance.
You will share the apartment with another individual in his 30’s, working in Sales. He lives on top floor. 2 BED , 2 BATH, Den (working space with 2 monitors & 2 tables), shared living room & balcony, 2 lockers, and fully equipped kitchen with dish washer.
Looking for some someone clean and considerate. This place is walking distance with No Frills, LCBO, Dispensaries, Gas Station, Restaurants and TTC. This is one of my favourite areas to live in Toronto.
The reason for temporary sublet is because I am travelling for work.
Location: Yonge and Lawrence (Uptown) 17mins to Yorkville 10 mins to Yorkdale 10 mins to Yonge n Eglinton
About the roomies
You will share the apartment with another individual in his 30’s, working in Sales. He lives on the top floor. He works from home Monday & Friday, and remaining of the days from office. Very chill & laid back.
