Hey guys! If anyone knows someone looking for shared accommodations in Saskatoon in City Park I am looking for someone to take over my share of a lease with my girl roommate. it is $637 each a month and the only thing that is unfurnished is the bedroom, I am looking to move out September 1st, and the lease is up May 1st. With the option to renew. Only thing not included is power which is shared and is about $30 a month.
About the roomies
My roommate is very welcoming, quiet and clean. She is mainly at work most of the time and I don’t see her home very often. She has two cats who are tidy and keep to themselves. Everything will be furnished except the bedroom.
