The place is located just a quick walk to the lake, Tim Hortons, Port credit GO station, Metro, Loblaws, Dollarama, Shoppers, restaurants, LCBO, cafes and many more.

The apartment is spacious with natural light, amazing waterfront view and is fully furnished other than the room provided.

The price is $1175 and includes rent, utilities, and internet. Laundry is available in the building which is located in the basement.

I am working full time in a hybrid environment, and I am seeking a young professional with a similar lifestyle.

Keeping my home clean and organized especially kitchen and washroom is important to me and I am seeking someone with the same mindset. I believe having a good connection with someone is intricate to a harmonious shared space.

July 1st rental start. 1st and last month required. Parking is available for an additional cost: $95.
