This is 1 private room for rent with its own full washroom (with a shower) in a 2 bed & 2 bath unit. For 1 person only. The common spaces are the kitchen/dining, living room, and balcony.

There is also an en-suite washer, dryer and dishwasher that can be used anytime, preferably on weekends, or outside of sleeping/work meeting hours 😇. AC and heating available en-suite too. Fully stocked kitchen with silverware, dinnerware, glassware, pots and pans. The condo is fully furnished.

The room has a medium-sized walk-in closet; it also can fit a full mattress, so it has a very decent space for downtown Toronto. The room can be furnished with a bed/mattress, desk and chair for $100 more per month. Bills are split equally (hydro, water and internet) on a monthly basis.

The building has a gym, outdoor pool, sauna, hot tub, party room, grill area and patio, concierge front desk and visitor parking. There is also a really cool lounge with free wifi, ideal for group projects.
