Room for rent in 3 bed 2 bath townhouse. Room is smaller, but still able to fit a queen sized bed with a desk and dresser. Also has a decent sized closet. House has everything you would need, with a full kitchen with appaliances, living/dining room, laundry, shared bathroom with one roomate, and a small backyard (I love to bbq) You would be joining two men in the house. First roommate is 30. He works in retail and enjoys reading and gaming in his spare time. Myself, I am a teacher and family coach. I enjoy reading, being active, fishing and cooking. We are both quiet, clean and respectful around the house and would expect the same. A potential roommate would come with proof of employment/income and two references. Rent is 550$/ month due on 1st of each month. Damage deposit is the same as first months rent. Pets are welcome fee based on type and size of the pet (cats or small dogs preferred). Parking is also available for a fee (street parking also available). Looking forward to welcoming you to our home!
