Basement is within walking distance of a bus stop, grocery stores and parks! It is a larger basement suite with laundry, wifi and a shared bathroom. Unfortunately no dishwasher but have double kitchen sinks and a fully stocked kitchen with dishes! The second bedroom is small but can easily fit a queen bed and dresser. There is street parking and plenty of storage too!
