In addition, it includes a desk, chair, bookshelf, desk light, linens, dresser and wardrobe. Also, the suite has a covered balcony with a small fire pit and outdoor seating that allow you to relax and unwind.

Rent includes parking for one vehicle (plus a carwash area) and ensuite laundry free once a week. The building has a gym, bicycle parking and a project area. Close to major grocery stores such as Walmart and Save On Food. Royal City Centre Mall is steps away, plus restaurants, city parks, public transportation (Busses 101, 106, 123, 155) and 15 min walk to the New Westminster Station.

Close to Douglas College and Justice Institute of British Columbia (JIBC).
