I’m looking for one roommate, preferably a student or someone around my age, for a 2 bed 1 bath ground-level suite in Burnaby! (year long lease!)

The rent is $2,300, plus internet (around $70), and 50% of utilities shared with upstairs tenants (around $175) a month, split between the two of us for a total of approximately $1,275 a month (depending on how much utilities are for that month). It’s ready to move-in July 1, although I’ll be moving in closer to the end of July. You also don’t have to pay rent for the month of July if you move in then!

The place comes completely furnished as seen in photos, including beds, sheets, pots/pans, dishes, towels, etc. It has a large, privately fenced yard, private parking/on-street parking, and is minutes away from Adanac park, along with Hastings delis, shops and restaurants! It’s 10 minutes away from Kootenay loop, with buses to Burrard Station, SFU, UBC, Joyce Station, Phibbs Exchange, Metrotown Station, Port Coquitlam Station and Downtown Vancouver.
