Ground floor 920 sq ft. condo with 2 separate bedrooms that are good sized, with an open concept dining/living room and a little patio looking over the wooded courtyard. There is also an indoor parking spot next to the elevator, and a storage cage as well in the basement.

The Condo bldg is right next to the huge Parc Michel Chartrand, with a couple of wooded walking trails that lead into the park itself, and has the Route Verte bike path that runs directly alongside the building, and connects to Longueuil’s bike paths. The building is very quiet and well maintained. Open the windows and you’ll hear birds more than anything else.

There are several principal bus lines that run late nearby if you need public transit, and it’s very easy to get onto Bldv Roland-Therrien, or Curé-Poirier, and then onto the highways to wherever you need to go.

Every service you need is in immediate close proximity: Provigo and Avril grocery stores, Bulk Barn, TD Bank, SAQ, Premiere Moisson, Wal-Mart, Canadian Tire, Rona, Pharmacy and dentists, fastfood (starbucks, tim hortons, burger king, restaurants). Simply cross the street to rue King George and you will find what you need.

The 12x9 ft room for rent comes unfurnished, but everything else is included: dishwasher, stove, fridge, washer, dryer, hydro-electricity, highspeed internet (Helix Videotron - 940 mb unlimited), the parking spot if you have a car, access to the storage unit, and my cookware and utensils as needed.

Be advised I have 3 cats, an older male (10 years) and 2 kittens (3x month), so, unfortunately, I can’t accept anyone with pets or if you have allergies.

I’m 38/White/Man, recently divorced, who just moved in to this 5 1/2 condo. I’m a quiet fellow, easy-going, and a non-smoker. I’m just looking for a roommate(s) to help split the bills. I’m still fixing the place up a bit, (need to repaint, fix some dents, and I hope to eventually re-do the washroom completely come next spring/summer), but it’s still a really cozy place.
