12x10 bedroom. Not sure why it says shared. The room is your own 😁.currently has a double bed (you can use it or we can take it out to put yours in). Huge closet with lots of storage. Full access to the rest of the house. Common area of the house has A/C. One acre yard with fenced in backyard. Pet friendly (intro to my dog a must prior to move in) if you have pets they need to get along. I’m a smoker but No smoking in the house.
