HANY's room

I have a room available starting on February 1st; it is $600/month (including internet, electricity, and cleaning products). It is a two-bedroom apartment on the fourth floor without elevators. We are a 10-minute walk from the Green Line Pie-IX metro station and next to a 97 bus stop. In the apartment, we have a small storage room and a pantry; we each have closets in our rooms and another pantry/closet next to the bathroom. Your room has a bed, a desk, a chair, and a lamp (and the closet). We have a printer, a small washing machine for your small piece and a building washing machine and dryer. Our home is sunny and well-ventilated. I expect to do a weekly one-hour cleaning session with you and hope to find someone who appreciates a clean house as much as I do.

My name is Hany; I’m 33 years, and I use he/him/هو pronouns. I moved to Montreal almost four years ago. I speak Arabic and English, but I’m still working on my French. I am a Sexuality studies student, and returning to University is very stressful. I live with my cat Leïla, so I often vacuum not to bother my roommate with her hair in the house. I think I am fun to live with; I’m queer, frank, creative, outgoing, and home-cook almost exclusively. Hoping to find an energetic and clean person who will appreciate Leila and I’s company.
