3 bedroom townhouse, 2.5 bath. Available from Aug. 1, 2023- Aug. 31, 2024 Non-Smoking. 1 bedroom available, shared full bath with another roommate.

1st floor: Entryway, “office” area, 1-car driveway in front of 1-car garage. We have one car, so there is an available car spot.

2nd floor: Dining room, kitchen, half-bath, washer/dryer, living room.

3rd floor: 2 bedrooms (one available) with one full bath to share, and one master bedroom/ensuite (taken).

I’m a 27 year old international grad student from the US, studying planetary geology at Western. Ivonne is a 28 year-old international grad student/medical professional from Mexico, studying at Fanshawe.

I have a cat, who is scared of other animals, so we are looking for a roommate without any pets, who likes cats (she’s an awkward sweetheart, you’ll love her).

We are laidback and easygoing, tend to keep to ourselves, or chill together around the house. We’ve been roommates for a year now, and had an easy time adjusting to each other. We make sure to keep shared spaces clean and uncluttered, since we all use these spaces.

Not big into parties or frequent guests. Looking for someone who fits into our shared space, likes the cat, hopefully likes us, and cleans up after themselves!
