Medium room for rent in a two bedroom condo that is shared with the female owner and her cats. No other pets wanted. Includes free parking. Shared bathroom, kitchen, living space.
Rent is non-negotiable. No contract. First and last month required.
There are no buses from Rockland to Orleans.
The unit is not close to the University of Ottawa, but it is doable if you have a car. Weekends: take 35 minutes to get to Ottawa. Weekdays with traffic: about 40-50 minutes, depending on traffic, weather, construction, season, etc.
About the roomies
I own the condo and live with my cats. must not be allergic to cats.
Room has queen bed and outdoor patio outside the room. Has one dresser with three drawers plus closet space. Two closet doors with full mirrors beside the bed.
