It is located 10mins walk from Glenridge plaza (where you will find Zehrs, A&W , CIBC , pizza stores ) , 5 minute bus ride to the Walmart (bridgeport one) and 5 min bus ride to Freshco/rexall on the other side.
I am looking to rent a masterbedroom available in this house to a young working professional. Regarding this room , it is the biggest of all three rooms that are there in this townhouse . One is currently occupied by myself, one is by a girl who is studying in Conestoga college, and this master bedroom is occupied by a couple who is moving out at the end of August.
The bulk of the house including this room is furnished.
The house has one full bathroom and one washroom.
All utilities, including unlimited 1500mbps internet, is included.
A garage parking (chargeable at $75/month) is available with the masterbedroom, additional visitor parking is available for any guests.
